Warranty Policy as of May 17th 2026:

Limited Warranty

Warrantor: Peach Stone Essentials LLC DBA Solo Miners USA, Sheboygan, Wisconsin 53081 USA

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on our products starting from the purchase date. This covers manufacturing defects only. 

Covered Defects: Manufacturing defects in parts leading to failure under normal use.

Remedy: Approved warranty claims are subject to a $60 USD service fee per claim. We will, at our discretion, repair the defective item using new or refurbished parts. If the unit is unable to be repaired, we will, at our discretion, replace it with a comparable item (new, pre-owned, or refurbished) or offer a discount on your next purchase. 

A claim is one warranty service request per product/serial number.

Qualified defects within the first 14 days of purchase may qualify for replacement or waived service fees at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty excludes accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, overclocking, custom firmware, normal wear and tear, and/or damage from improper installation and/or operation. Warranty does not cover full board replacement resulting from misuse, electrical damage, or unauthorized modifications. 

How to Obtain Service: Email us at customerservice@solominersusa.com with proof of purchase, product details, and issue description. Return the product if instructed.

Limitation of Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 6 months from purchase.
