Policy as of January 25th, 2026:
Returns
We offer a 14 day returns period. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us to start the returns process.
Returns must meet these requirements to avoid restocking fees: (Restocking fees, can be up to 100% of purchase price depending on item condition)
- Item must be in the same condition as received.
-Item MUST have the Solo Miners USA tamper evident seal or the factory seal/shrink wrap intact (restocking fees will apply if it's been opened) Please see below for pictures.
- Item must be returned without any labels or writing on the items box (this is so it can be resold in new condition). Please put item in a poly mailer, box, or wrap it in a paper grocery bag, etc.
If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please refer to the damages and order issues section.

Damages and order issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@solominersusa.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, and if restocking fees apply. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
